RAPE Atrocity of Female Medical Student in India

This is one of the vilest things I have ever heard of.
Of course its not a minority in India.

A young 23yr old Indian medical student goes to the movies with her boyfriend.
On the way home in a bus, six men set upon them and take it in turn to rape the woman.
As she tries to defend herself and hits out at one of them, he forces his hand
inside her and ripes out her uterus. THEN, he hits her over the head with an iron bar before ramming it up inside her, damaging further organs...
WHAT did they think she was? A piece of rubbish ??

Finally after stripping her and her boyfriend of their possessions and clothes, they throw them
off the bus.
SO.....what was the driver doing through all of this ? ?
Did he phone the police ?
Obviously he feared for his own life and did nothing!!
The six men have been arrested...
Now what?? Will they be charged and punished ? ?
From what I read of the law over there... mostly Hindu or Muslim, they often let savage animals like this go free.   NOT THIS TIME I PRAY....
With continued violence displayed towards women, who will be next?

Shame on these cowards.
Shame on the bus driver.

What will the Indian police do ?

This young woman died!  And what a terrible death.
Is there any mercy for this brutal attack?
In the end, our Father God will be the justice.

"Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.'

Happy New Year 2013

Well, Christmas is over and now we wait for the New Year to roll in.
For many this will be a busy time.
For us it will be quiet.

All the young ones are at the beach or enjoying outdoor activities..
Life is an amazing experience of new adventures..

Happy New Year From Sydney Harbour. New South Wales(my home state), Australia.
I hope next year we will go and watch this again in person.

Sad World

This world is becoming a sad place.
A place growing more and more without God.

People turn away from God and don't want to know Him.
Perhaps they blame him for the hurts in their life?
He gives us all free choices. This includes people who willingly mistreat us.

When life goes wrong, we can turn to God, or away from Him.
Its not a difficult choice for me.
In Him, and often Him alone, I find comfort.

The parents of the Newtown massacre, face a bleak Christmas this year.
And there are probably many other people who have also experieced traumas at this time.
For myself, I will keep a candle burning in remembrance of all those hurting.
I especially think of my grandson Matteo who I never got to know.
He died on Christmas Day aged 10days old in 1998.

Its not good to dwell on the negative, but it is good to remember.
Remembering hopefully brings empathy and a greater service to others.
Yes it turns bitter into better, it turns our mourning into dancing.

They are all so beautiful....

Revelation 21:4
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

Prayers for The Families.

Many of us are mourning over the horrific shootings of those innocent little children at  Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown U.S.A ... No words can express the sadness felt.

Social Networking is a Blessing in times such as this... Remembering the Families.
I watched a father speak of his little girl Emilie, her sunny nature and his forgiveness...
That would have been so hard to do.

REMEMBER THIS LADY!!! Irena Sendler

Irena Sendler
Died 12 May 2008 (aged 98)
Warsaw, Poland

During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a plumbing/sewer specialist.
She had an 'ulterior motive'.
She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews (being German).
Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids).

She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.
The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.
During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.
She was caught, and the Nazi's broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely.

Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard.
After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family.
Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.
Last year Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize.
She was not selected.

President Obama won one year before becoming President for his work as a community organizer for ACORN and Al Gore won also --- for a slide show on Global Warming.

In MEMORIAM - 63 YEARS LATER
It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended.

This is a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated!

Now, more than ever, with Iran, and others, claiming the HOLOCAUST to be 'a myth'.
It's imperative to make sure the world never forgets, because there are others who would like to do it again..

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Matthew 22:36-40

Australian Cockatoo's

There are thirteen different species of the Ozzie cockatoo.
I haven't got them all here.

I was awaken at five thirty with all the screaming and screeching from the Corella's

 There were hundreds.
Here are some in our backyard pine tree. How many can you count?

And on some power lines.

Black Cockatoo's- Carnaby

The Gang Gang

                                                                   The Red tailed

                                                               The Palm

                                                           The Yellow Tailed

                                                      The silver crested White

                                                          The Major Mitchell

                                                                   The Galah.
                                                               Cockatiel

                                                                  Rainbow Lorakeet
                    And again.

They look pretty but their beaks are destructive.
They cause a lot of havoc to farmers.

Fruit Nets to protect from hail and birds.

Many farmers roam their crops all day firing off guns to chase the birds away.
Our own Mango tree is currently full of unripen fruit..
It won't be long before it will be ripe enough for the birds to fly in and feed.
So much is wasted as they take bites out of each piece at random.
Hopefully we will still get plenty to share around with family and friends.
