Flower Wonders

Psalm 118:29
Give thanks to the LORD,
 for he is good;
his love endures forever.

The gazania.

August our last month of winter, and the flowers still bloom.
When God created the earth, He thought of everything.
Right down to the beautiful design and formation of flowers.

In the garden of miracles we take our delight .......
In the different colours, shapes, perfumes and sizes...

Fashioned to bedazzle our heart and re freshen our soul.

The Lord will guide you always,
He will satisfy your needs in a sun scorched land,
And strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well watered garden,
Like a spring whose waters never fail.
Isaiah 58:11

And...a Great Carpenter Bee,
all from my front garden.

  8. Beautiful photos! I especially like the Bee on the purple flower. If God still allows such beauty to be seen here on our sin cursed earth, just imagine what it will be like in heaven.

  9. We are in the full bloom of summer here in Ireland. You're lovely post reminds us that even when the flowers wilt, there is another part of creation where they are just coming into spring and being reborn. The beauty of His handiwork is beyond our understanding.

  12. Its wonderful that you have flowers blooming in winter. Your area must have milder weather than what I am accustomed to thinking winter has. I live in southeast Alabama, and most of the time our winters are mild but I don't recall having anything like this blooming then.

  13. Hello Doris and Sunny, Great to see you here. We have mainly sunshine even in winter. It can get cool in the afternoon and night yet our winters are pretty mild. Every day I open the windows to let the fresh air inside. That wasn't as possible when I lived in TN. I loved the Iris and Queen Anne Lace over there. Mainly summer I think? God Bless. CML
