Coming from church we often go past and stop at, a produce market.
Where a variety of lovely fresh fruit and vegetables can be purchased.
I can't walk very far, so I sit and wait while Ray does the shopping.
Finished we walk back to the parked car.
A man sitting near the exit gate, had something for sale in the boot of his Ute.
Ray went over to see what it was so I followed.
Gorgeous little puppies perfectly kept, roamed playfully around in the confined space.
We had no intention of buying a dog, it was the last thing we were thinking of.
Ray and I looked at each other, they were so sweet, especially one.
I fell, hook line and sinker.
Ray paid the money and I carried her to our car.
We talked of names on the way home.
I have always wanted Daisey for a girl dog or Harley for a boy.
This was a girl, but she didn't suit Daisey.
Mille` popped into my head, so that was it..
She now had a name.
When we arrived home I looked up the meaning?
It means 'Helper to the priest."
WOW!!!!
Monty is small but she is only about a quarter of his size.
Welcome to our home Mille` .... (pronounced Mill-e)
(Galatians 5:22)"But the fruit of the Spirit is:
Love,
Joy,
Peace,
Patience,
Kindness,
Goodness,
Faith."

Hi! I was just cruising through the blogs on the A-Z list gearing up for the start of the challenge. I had to comment because my 2 year old daughter was sitting beside me when I got to your page and she squealed in delight. She just loved looking at the pictures of your new puppy! Her reaction was so wonderful I just had to try and share it with you.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to reading more from you! And my daughter is too, so long as you keep sharing pictures of Mille ;)

Wish we could find a Mille. HH says he does not want a dog. Tears up too much. But maybe one day that perfect puppy will look at him with irresistible eyes and it will be ours. Thank you for your kind words on my post.
