See Yourself Beautiful

I love a good laugh, and miss laughing at things with my mother.
I know she would roar laughing at this, but she is blind now and even if I explained it, it wouldn't be as funny.
Its good to have a sense of humor and also be able to laugh at ourselves.
How do we see ourselves?
Lets look to the cross and see ourselves through Jesus eye's
We are and always will be, His Beloved.

"My Beloved Is Mine, and I Am His, His Banner Over Me Is Love.."
Song of Solomon

  2. OH how funny... I love it!!!!! That really made me laugh--like your Mom would have!!!

There were years when I didn't love me so much... I was divorced, raising my sons, working a million hours trying to prove myself and making ends meet... I didn't take time for me much back then....BUT---------when I met George Adams, my life changed... He loved ME---the me I am... Because of that and with God's love and help, I learned to love ME also... What a difference it made to me!!!

    Hugs,
    Betsy

To see myself in the same way Jesus sees me makes me feel so good especially when I am so down.

If not, here's the link (click, or copy and paste on browser). I am sure you will love it.

  5. Love that cartoon, and it's so true that to see us as we really are, it must be through God's eyes.

  6. Dear Crystal, yes, it's all in choice, isn't it? How we choose and then accept the consequences. Peace.

  7. It is always nice to have a laugh, especially with someone we love. The reflection image is great, and you know what's also funny. I saw this a little earlier on Facebook, so today I've had a double-dose of smiles. Hope you have a happy Friday Crystal Mary!

  8. When I was a teacher in the years when we used films rather than videos, the kids just loved to make finger animals and images on the blank screen. Thanks for the fun memory. And thanks for choosing to follow my blog about float cabin living. I hope you enjoy the stories. - Margy
