Healthy Liver.....Healthy Heart

What you eat is what you are. Eat Fruit (with nuts) at least an hour PRIOR other food. It curbs the appetite and cleanses the digestive tract.
Fruit and water, are wonderful for the liver.
The liver is your toxin eliminater......

The liver produces cholestrol!!
Overeating of certain foods increases cholesterol which if unused causes plaque in the arteries. 
We all know down the track that plaque can cause heart attacks or stroke...
So what's the reason for cholesterol?
  Cholesterol is a fat (lipid) particle that circulates in the blood. It is a building block for cell membranes and is essential for the formation of bile. So there IS a plausable reason for cholesterol.

A blood test reveals Cholesterol levels:
HDL   is Good!
LDL   is Bad!

Fruit and Vegetables are the way to go... LIVE FOODS
More Plain Water
More fish ....Omega 3 Oils
Less Meat .............. DEAD FOOD
Good foods de-fat your liver.
A Healthy Liver is a Healthy You!
 There is much said about eating foods in the Bible..
These are only a couple.
Ezekiel 47:12 "Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.
Numbers 11:5 We remember the fish we ate in Egypt. ......also cucumbers, leeks, onions and garlic...

ONIONS placed in rooms when people are sick...will actually absorb toxins.  Keeping health. 


  1. It is indeed very important what you/we eat.
    Our family rarely eats pork. On Sunday there is chicken.
    Let us think about food.

    ( o, english is so difficult)

    We have breakfast with brown bread and cheese. There drinking milk or yogurt. But oh, we eat almost no fruit! I think I am going to buy apples and oranges today!

    Self I drink 2 liters of water every day with 1 lemon squeezed through it.

  2. Hi dear Chrystal. Thanks for visiting me. This is a great post today. Great graphics. You mentioned your granny knees. Three years after that trip I had both knee joints replaced on the same day. Best thing I have ever done. I went to Bermuda about 2 weeks before that trip to The Caribbean. I love it there.

    Queenmothermamaw, Yes I am on the waiting list for a knee replacement. Health is free here...Unless I wish to go private and pay? I retired from nursing due to the accident which stopped my mobility. I am much much better but still cannot go as I used to. God has his reasons.....probably to slow me down. I praise His name, he brought me into creative writing....what a lover of my soul!

  5. Such a wonderful post. I have somewhat of a eating problem..i.e.I barely eat. And when I do it's never good stuff. Both of my parents have been hospitalized for blood clots and when I was pregnant with my first son I actually was closely monitored for that (and other)reasons. Our Heavenly Father gave us these bodies and we should take care of them.

  7. Oh my friend what a wonderful informative post, especially timely for me right now.
    I wish they new which auto immune desease I had but they haven't found it yet. My immune system has never been the same since I have had chemo and radiation......thank you my friend for this info, I so appreciate it.
