Amazing Happiness

I am so happy......
Arising prematurely in the morning to be, walking beside the glistening sea.
Greeting the dawns colour spectrum display, reminiscing with the sunset at the end of the day.

I am so happy....
Watching  as folks merrily make their way, to a cruise ship anchored out in the bay.
Watching the pelicans floating with the tide, eager eyes seeking fish that frustratingly hide.

I am so happy......
With Gods Creation, ...the simplicity of life,  the loving companionship of husband and wife.
Families picnicking as laughing children play ball.
Palm trees gently swaying, yet still standing tall.

I am so happy....
For all that I have,...the good and the bad, as the comparison makes me appreciative and glad.
So put on a happy hat of POSITIVE THINKING...
Subsequently all will be brighter, and God will be winking....C.M.L

Hiya Cindy, I wrote this poem a few years back..I lived and worked at Redcliffe Penisulla then. Its a beautiful place. You can see the blue Pacific Ocean from every window of the local hospital. The pier and shops along the ocean front are so pretty and gay. Do a google search and see.
Yes my daughter-in-law has a gifted voice, the judges said she sang it perfectly.. she has a beautiful soul also. I love her very much. Bless you. xxxx

Hello Terra, My heart lived in the place I wrote about. I moved further north when my daughter came to live in Queensland and wanted me closer to her. Hugs xxx

  12. Thank you for visiting my blog yesterday...it's so nice to "meet" you.

What a beautiful poem!! And a beautiful photo. All that glorious ocean water just thrills me to no end. I think Australia would be a beautiful place to visit; unfortunately, I hate to fly, so it's doubtful that I'll ever get there. I will have to visit there vicariously through people like you.
