Proverbs 3: 5-6
Trust In The Lord With All Your Heart..
Lean NOT On Your Own Understanding
In All Yor Ways Acknowledge Him!
And He, Will Direct Your Paths....~`~`~
We got to hear Celtic Women live in Chattanooga a few years ago. They gave a wonderful performance! And the Bible verse is one of my favorites. Thanks for posting both.
Lovely song. It was sung at George Best's funeral in Belfast, after his coffin was brought in past a piper playing his favourite hymn from Sunday School - "What a friend we have in Jesus". A good lesson for those of us who judge on the media image. Hope all is well with you and yours, God's blessings.
When my two kids were babies & just starting to learn to talk, I had them memorise this verse. It was their first memory verse. Then we progressed to Psalm 23. I figured I'm not always going to be around for them when they grow up but if they have God's word, it will sustain them in any situation. Thanks for posting this. My prayer for you is that God will send you His word and heal you. God bless you, sister in Christ.
Oh, dear Crystal, thank you for that...so beautiful...How have you been? Good, I hope! My daughter just came to visit and I'm in 7th heaven! Sending (((hugs))) your way, Cindy
I took this post as a direct message to me from God. My wife the very next day received the same verse in her devotional. We are in that difficult time in our lives where trust is what we need to do to see the light on the other side of situation. Thanks so much for sharing this post.
