I am sinful, perhaps more than some, perhaps less than others.
I do not deny it.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Romans 3:23
The reason I am a sinner is because I am imperfect....
And anyone, who truly belongs to God, admits, they are sinners.
So, I am not perfect.
The only perfect one, is God!
So why do many, who profess to be Christian, point the finger and condemn??
When we perform the act of pointing the finger at another...There are three fingers on our own hand, pointed back at ourselves...
"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit."
Romans 8:1
How do I know if I walk after the spirit?
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy,
peace,
forbearance,
kindness,
goodness,
faithfulness,
gentleness and self-control.
Against such things there is no law."
Galatians 5:22-23 I will defend the helpless and advocate to ensure justice on their behalf.
For such, I will not be put down, or condemned!!
I have a good non Christian nursing mate who refers to wrong doer's as a cow, a pig or a dog.
I can't even do this, as I am a lover of animals.
Many are much nicer than, some people.......
"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."

ReplyDeleteMany times have I been judged for saying that homosexuality is wrong--that abortion is wrong, even though all know that it is an abomination in the eyes of God. We have to stand up for what is right.
ReplyDeleteLittle babies are being killed. Children are being deceived and lead astray. We can't make choices for others, but we can warn them. We can do what we can to stop laws from embracing evil that threatens our children and grandchildren.
Satan is at work, his time is short, and we need to stand fast in the Truth of God's Word. We need to give the Hope and Love of an awesome, forgiving God to the world.
Your granddaughter IS beautiful, Mary! And she looks just like you! Do you live nearby? Jesus did not like pointing fingers, remember when he said for the one who never sinned to throw the first stone? They all turned and walked away...I hope you are continuing to do well and are feeling well.

ReplyDeleteWhen our hearts know it well... that we are only Righteous- Holy and the Beloved, because of the Great Exchange- Christ Jesus gave us on the cross. We then will walk successfully in the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
ReplyDeleteDaily renewing our minds by declaring who we are in Christ, is the first step to then being able to walking in the fruits of the Holy Spirit :) successfully.
Bringing this Good News message to those who feel condemned (sin consciousness), will help them to walking in the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Condemning will only cause them to walk more in sin, as a sin consciousness brings death. A righteous consciousness brings life.
