ME TOO!
And that's why Ray wanted us to visit the Automobile Museum in Launceston, Tasmania.
Ray had problems photographing as he had left his other lens back at home.
I am sure you will agree, these yesteryear models are magnificent!!
And how about that New York City police bike!! I wonder how it got here to Australia??
I bet there is a good story behind that!
Don't run over any little Tassie devils on your drive....they are snarley little creatures.
Or any other wildlife for that matter.
Visit Tassie (Tasmania) its an experience of stepping back through time..
More later.....
They are all beautiful but I especially like the car in the top photo.Such beautiful lines and glossy black colour.
ReplyDeleteSome of the most beautiful yesteryears I've ever seen. The colors are gorgeous..
ReplyDeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteSweet pics! Love them.

How elegant those vehicles are. I don't see many these days that have those classic lines and sleek curves. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSuch great variety here! I love that little bit of a green car, and the convertible, it looks almost modernistic (picture #5). And what is the one that almost looks like an old fashioned buggy in the sixth picture, that is SO interesting!!!
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are awesome!! I would love to have a car for me and my wife like the first picture you showed!!
ReplyDeletePreciosas imagenes, muy bonita la entrada.
ReplyDeleteque tengas un feliz fin de semana.
un abrazo.
I never heard of a Tassie - so cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd those cars - your right - MAGNIFICENT. They could tell a lot of interesting history I bet.
Have a good weekend.

Obrigado.
ReplyDeleteCrystal Mary, Thanks for coming by the Cabin and your nice comments. Frances IS the love of my life and has been for 54 years now! I enjoyed reading your blog and looking at the old cars. I think most men are drawn to them in some way. It's a long way from Tennessee to where you are now - so be careful out there!
ReplyDeleteHi Crystal Mary -
ReplyDeleteThank you
I enjoyed the views. It was fun!
