Sowing Seeds of Good or Evil

These are some Words of a wise old song:

We are sowing, daily sowing
Countless seeds of good and ill
Scattered on the level low land
Cast upon the windy hill
Seeds that sink in rich brown farrows
Soft with Heavens gracious rain
Seeds that rest upon the surface
Of the dry unyielding plain

We need to be mindful of, how our seeds (what we say and do) effect others.
What are their consequences?
One of the greatest lessons in life, is to learn that we are accountable for our own choices.
We are responsible for our own acts, and for their intent and outcome.
We need to be mindful...

And with this, I need to say.
I ask forgiveness if I have ever hurt or offended anyone, by my words on here.
                                 Dogie and Frogie friends.

"A gentle answer turns away wrath,
but a harsh word stirs up anger."

Proverbs 15:1

  1. I can't imagine anyone being offended at anything I'VE seen on your blog. If so, there are also biblical admonitions against being too easily offended.

  2. Very wise words. I've been meditating on this very subject over the past days and on these verses as they apply to my life right now.

Be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Romans 12:21 (NKJV)

    and

"Above all things have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins." 1 Peter 4:8 (NKJV)

By the way, nothing you've posted has offended me but it is always good to apologize to people when we think we have done something. I see your love in what you've written today. God bless you <3

  6. I don't know that I have offended anyone, but just in case. The Dog is my daughters, his name is Samson, and the Frog is Robert the Bruce, also hers.

  7. Hi Crystal Mary,
I agree with Georges, I can't see anything on your blog that would offend. You are sweet and careful with your words and you are sowing healthy seeds.

This is fantastic advice, one I do take to heart. I can have a sharp tongue, it is taming over the years and I am learning to bite more often than not.

There is a children's rhyme that goes like this...Sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me. How so far from the wrong this is. Words can either build you up or tear you down. They are so powerful and I don't believe we understand the power they carry, especially into the spirit world.

Thank you for the great reminder.

    Blessings,

  11. Hi Crystal Mary,

I have to say I agree with what Gorges Smythe said.

Your daughters dog, Samson looks a lot like our beautiful dog named Rosie.

Can you believe it's been almost a month since you went into hospital? I hope you are now feeling stronger and healthier than ever before.

    GOD BLESS!
