Lawrence of ? Australia

I am flat out trying to catch up to my Bible College Studies.
So this is just a bit of fun to bring a smile.

You never know what you will see in the Outback.

Two ships of the dessert pass on a lonely 300klm stretch of road between Jundah and Windorah.
One vehicle has the horse power of a V8 and a 130litre fuel tank. The other relies on 2 camel power and four humps of fuel.
By Queensland Police.

  6. Dear Crystal, good luck on your studies. But I suppose luck depends on our being open to the work that's entailed in mastering new subject areas. So good studying!!!

I've been away from posting and from reading and commenting on blogs for several weeks. I finally posted this past Wednesday and now I'm getting to read favorite blogs, like yours. Peace.

  9. Hi Crystal,
I love camels! They are amazing animals.
There are smaller camel-like animals in S.A,
    like Llamas, Alpacas, Vicugnas, etc.
    They are called "camelidos."
They are beautiful animals, like all of them.
    Bless your heart, sweetheart!
I have been praying for you, your dear mother,
and your family. How is your mom doing, Crystal?
I really care to see you all doing very well.
Thank you so much, my sweet friend, for visiting
my sites and expressing your heartfelt comments!
Welcome Aboard at anytime, Crystal darling!
God's richest blessings may always abound in your life.

  10. Dear sister Crystal Mary, what a privilege to know you through your profile on the blogger. I am so encouraged by your blog and the post on it. So good to know that you are a writer and wrote a book "shadows of Time" I would love to have this book. Well about me, I am in the Pastoral ministry for last 33 yrs in the great city of Mumbai, India a city with great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the broken hearted and to give them future, hope, purpose and life. We also encourage young people as well as adults from the developed countries to come and work with us on a short term missions trip. We would love to have your young daughters come as well as you and your husband come for a short term missions trip and bless us by being hands and feet of Jesus to bring healing to the broken heated. You would such a great blessings to the people in the slums as you are a Nurse and due to most unhygienic conditions in the slums people are prone to sickness. It will be so great to have you come as a family. My email id is :dhwankhede(at)gmail(dot)com and my name is Diwakar Wankhede, Since you have given your email id I will also write you and communicate with you on your email id.

    1. I am getting too old to travel long distances. My children are all grown up now. There are many needy people in the world and I cannot help them all but have chosen to support a few. I cannot take on more than this. However, I will pray that others may come to help you and I know God knows your needs and will, in His way, fulfill them. Blessings

    1. Hello Dee, there are a couple of things actually. As well as trying to do my studies, my hubby has been unwell and is now getting over, and I get so weary. Love and peace to you my friend.

    2. Dear Crystal, I'm sorry to learn that your husband has been unwell. But I'm glad that he's better now. Taking care of sick husbands and children can be so wearying and can, I think, deplete one's immune system. But you are the nurse and so know this much better than I do. Just take care of you also while you are taking care of others. Be gracious to yourself. Peace.

  14. I like the camel power photos. I admire camels, ships of the desert, and once saw camel races in the desert outside of Jericho, Jordan. Interesting how they have adapted to Australia.
