HEAVEN

Won't it be wonderful to go to Heaven.

That which is imperfect, will then be made whole and perfect again.

We don't know the day or the hour, so we need to be ready.
That is, to keep our faith and not to loose it.

Revelation 21:4
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

:

 Revelation 22:1-5
Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month.
The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him.
They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
And night will be no more.
They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.

At four years of age, Akiane visited Heaven.
She was a home schooled child and her parents were NOT Christian.
So it was a surprise for her family to hear what she had to tell them.
At nine years old she painted this picture of JESUS...

                                                          PRINCE of PEACE.
Isn't it amazing... she had to have Spiritual Help.
And her parents are now Believers.

  2. God gave her the ability to paint in a style well beyond her years, and then He gave her a vision to inspire it!
I did not grow up in a Christian home, yet I always sensed God's presence near me and would have conversations with him,
When I was finally introduced to Jesus it was like (formally) meeting an old friend for the first time!
It is amazing how much God has to offer to those who are open and willing to accept from him.

    1. Hello Lisa, Yes, God had his hand on Akiane, and on you and me, long before we realised him. Much love to you. x

  3. I know it shouldn't, but it makes a difference to have a face to his name.

    1. I know my friend... And the little boy in the book you have read, "Heaven is Real," recognised Jesus when he first saw this painting..
His father had shown him many pictures and he always said, "No, thats not him." One day his father was in his office looking at this painting by Akiane. His son came in and immediately said, "Dad, thats HIM!"

  4. Well-written. Thanks… I often wonder how people can go through serious illness, tragedy and death without a strong faith… Those of us who believe KNOW that there is a heaven waiting for US --which will be much better than earth… Knowing that makes death easier for those of us left here on earth. We recently buried my husband's brother-in-law. He had been dealing with a terrible disease for many years. We all know now that he is with God and no longer in pain…. My sister-in-law said that her hubby is now riding his motorcycle in heaven!!!! Praise be to God.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

    1. Yes Betsy, as believers we have a hope! And all our loved ones who loved the Lord are now with him. Some religions say we don't go to heaven until Jesus returns.. I believe the soul (our personality) and the Spirit (our image of God) go straight away. Only the body stays on earth and then on the last day is risen immortal and different. So, since there is no time in Heaven as there is on earth, we are with him instantly. xxx

  5. As the days turn into nights and nights into days, I wonder when Father will send out the call and those who belong to Him will be instantly in His presence. I'm ready at any given time to meet Him and spend eternity with Him.

    Blessings,

    1. Yes! so am I... and we yearn for that time. It could be so easy to fall away and follow our own desires, yet he is the light in this dark world.. We who know our Bible know we are living in the last days. The state of Israel came into effect in 1949, and the jews returned to claim their inheritance, so it shouldn't be too much longer. xxx

  6. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story about heaven and the lovely painting by the child Akiane with us here at "Tell Me a Story." The pleasant face brings comfort as you gaze at him.

  7. Hi Crystal,
This one is a wonderful post. I am glad that I've stopped here for a visit.
I just can`t wait to go to Heaven, and see Jesus' face in front of me...
I believe in His promise. I trust the Book of Revelations which says that
we are living in the last days. I just can't wait to see the fact that comes into reality. This world of darkness that the devil has taken over a long time ago, will soon disappear into the Light of God. The chosen ones will survive, and the ones who don't believe will perish forever into their own hell...
Thank you, sweet friend, Crystal for bringing this topic to the public eye!
God may always bless you, your dear family and beloved ones.
Warm Hugs & Greetings from Poet Starry.

    1. Hello Starry Friend, Its strange but since I wrote this I have been hearing so many others speak about Heaven. Just imagine when the skies open up and Jesus comes down. Every eye will see him as the woorld is so connected now by satelite. Truely Amazing. and hey, we will meet!! That will be a joy. xx

  8. I've heard about this young artist you wrote about before. I love how God uses the innocence of a young child to bring her parents and many others to Christ. Without the hope and anticipation of heaven, our lives would not any joy or meaning. To meet my Savior is all I live for!
    Thanks for sharing!
