Abuse is affecting many, not just men abusing women, but women also abusing men.
The abuse of the elderly - the abuse of children.
This is one story among very many, and this abuse went on for thirty years.
What the author hopes to achieve with her story is to:
1. Prove her story is true.
2. Tell how she escaped.
3. Encourage others that there CAN BE a future.
4. It's not where you come from that matters, it's where you're going that counts.
