Books like this for children are to pervert their minds and bring on MORE sexual behavior AND sexually transmitted diseases at a younger age.

PARENTS BE WARNED!!! Preview ALL of this book before giving to your 12-15 year old.

The publisher's blurb sound great.

The book is supposedly aimed at 12-15 year olds, however the actual book goes way past the information most tweens would want or need. "Inclusive, fun, real and shame-free" very quickly moves onto topics most would consider wildly inappropriate for a child just learning about periods, crushes, feelings and sex. The great parts of this book are overshadowed by the explicit and unsuitable parts and the poorly chosen age recommendation.
Parts of this book boarder on R rated and definitely should be previewed by parents prior to giving to a tween or young teen.
Certainly a lot of talking points for an older teens

Absolutely disgusting the content that's being aimed at kids.

Since when did sexuality and sexual content get pushed so hard against kids until now. Let the kids be kids. This content is absolutely disgusting and no way is this even remotely appropriate for the suggested age content. What's more is Any child can just grab this from the shelves in a store. Disgusting

2. MORTIFIED

Absolutely mortified at the contents of this book and the target audience age range. another effortless way of grooming young children whenever an wherever possible.

3. Traumatic for Young Children

As a therapist for kids for over 20 years I have no good things to say about this book. There is a difference with educating older kids with this sort of information, but the content of this book is way to graphic for children aged 8+

I have counseled countless children who’s parents and educators “pushed” sexual information and material to them in their youth (under 18), and it definitely leaves a mark as well as encouraging them to undertake acts they are not emotionally mature or ready for. It eventually catches up with you.

Please don’t force or encourage your children to read this book. And at the very least read it from cover to cover before giving it to them. The topics covered are so sexually explicit and a little disturbing given the child-like illustrations. Let children be children. There is plenty of time to discover these things once they are adults and have the emotional maturity to match.
