Do You Celebrate the 25th of December.

It took place in the Spring time, not the cold winter. The shepherds were watching over their flocks by night to protect new born lambs.

None of the four Gospels give an exact date for the birth of Jesus. The Gospel writers were not concerned with recording a precise time, and that in itself speaks volumes. If God had deemed the date important, it would have been revealed in His Word. I stand firmly on Scripture. God’s Word is about the heart, not the calendar. Satan will use any distraction he can to divert our focus from its true meaning. As the 25th of December approaches, those with wealth prepare tables of abundance and exchange costly, worldly gifts. Yet the homeless and the hungry are often forgotten, pushed aside while selfish desires take precedence. This was never the heart of Christ’s coming. Jesus came to seek and save the lost, to offer eternal life, and to reveal God, YAHWEH the Creator Himself, to humanity. He fulfilled prophecy and became the very means of our salvation. That is not what modern-day Christmas reflects. Modern-day Christmas reflects an abomination…. one that replaces reverence with excess, …..worship with consumerism, …. and Christ with self-indulgence. What was meant to honour the Saviour of the world has been distorted into a celebration of material gain, fleeting pleasure, and hollow tradition. In the noise of buying and boasting, the holiness of His coming is all but SADLY forgotten. Saturnalia was an ancient Roman festival celebrated in mid-December to honor Saturn, the god of agriculture and time. According it involved feasting, gambling, gift-giving, and role reversals between masters and slaves. Many aspects of merrymaking during Saturnalia later made their way into Christmas traditions. EVIL at work. For this reason. I cannot celebrate this day. I worship the Prince of Peace and celebrate HIM every day. I pray that you the reader, research this original day for yourself and then, ...turn away from worldly focus.

An Incredible Christian Story About Family Reconciliation

I have just finished reading an incredible story. Here is my 5 STAR review on Amazon. Yes, the world is full of broken families, none can deny this sadness. The author had a wonderful learning childhood experienced from both of his parents. Yet when he had his own family, all changed, yes again, because life is full of uncertainties. Totally broken by the death of his parents when in their early twenties, the author eventually became separated from his own children. Feeling inadequate the author knew that the best thing that he could do was to pray for them. So, he did exactly that. EXCELLENT! There is much for a single parent to learn from reading this book. Reading on I also saw how a significant church stood firm against, Gods Word, the Bible to protect its inadequacies. It's so sad that many people don't read the Bible for themselves but instead sit like sheep in the pews and trust in the person from the pulpit to enlighten them. At times, ..... man is a liar, but Gods Word is TRUTH. The authors prayers regarding re-connecting with his children were answered, in part. In this story we read of the joyful reunion between this Christian father and his eldest son mending their relationship after many years. An Australian living in Tennessee

As an Australian living in Tennessee, it was an experience never forgotten. I thought we all spoke English, what could be differet. Yet there were differences.. Every place in Gods beutiful world varies. All are unique and special in their own way. My husband, Raymond, a southern gentleman had the quiet sweet nature that set him apart for me. Today, the 11th June, would have been his 76th birthday. Sadly he was killed happily riding his motor cycle back in Nashville, in 2022, 7 days, one week before his birthday. The grief never ends, the sadness never passes. Loving that area, I wrote this book. The story takes the reader to the Beautful GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS. The cost, is minute. A STRANGE OCCURANCE ON AUSTRALIA VOTING DAY MAY 2nd 2025

Today was an ordinary day—or so I thought. I headed out to vote, as I’ve done many times before. The sun was shining; the air was crisp, and a sense of duty filled me as I joined the long crowd outside the polling station, with many people patiently waiting. As I stood there among the crowd, something happened that I still can’t quite explain. An official, an older gentleman who looked to be around seventy, strolled down the line. He was tall, distinguished-looking, with a full head of wavy white hair. His presence was calm, yet there was something about him that made you take notice. He wasn’t speaking to anyone. Just quietly observing as he passed each person. And then he stopped, right at my side. With a gentle tone, he asked, “Are you here to vote?” I said, “Yes, I am,” wondering why he asked? Without another word, he gave me a nod and asked me to follow him. He led me past the entire line, straight through the doors, and into the voting area. No questions. No ID check. No hesitation. Just like that, I was inside, and taken to a table to have my name marked off. Finished later and walking outside, I tried to spot him again. But he was gone. Completely vanished, nowhere to be seen. I kept wondering: Why me? I was the only one in that long line given such favor. No one else was selected. No one else seemed to notice what had just taken place. Puzzled about this, my daughter who was with me simply smiled at me and said with conviction, “you were favored mom, God paved the way.” I’m still bewildered, and if I’m honest. I can’t shake the feeling that the man wasn’t just a kind stranger or a polling official doing his job. I have to wonder … was he an angel?

Parental Wisdom needs always be heeded.

THIS IS NOT MINE... I read it and am passing it on as wonderful Life Wisdom!! He didn’t enjoy living at his father’s house — mainly because of the constant “nagging.” “You’re leaving the fan on when you exit the room.” “The TV’s on in the living room and no one is watching… Turn it off!” “Close the door properly.” “Don’t waste so much water.” He didn’t like how his father bothered him with those “little things.” He tolerated it… until one day he got a call for a job interview. “As soon as I get this job, I’ll leave this city. I won’t have to hear my dad complain anymore,” he thought. As he was leaving, his father gave him some advice: “Answer every question with confidence. Even if you don’t know the answer, speak with certainty.” And then… gave him more money than necessary for the interview. When he arrived at the interview center, he noticed there was no security at the entrance. The door was wide open—swinging outward and possibly disturbing people passing by. He closed it gently and stepped inside. On both sides of the path, he saw beautiful flowers, but the gardener had left the hose running. Water was spilling everywhere. He adjusted the hose and placed it where the plants actually needed watering. There was no receptionist, but a note said: “Interview upstairs.” He walked up slowly… The lights in the staircase were still on, even though it was 10 a.m.—probably since the night before. He remembered his dad’s voice: “Why are you leaving the room with the lights on?” Annoyed, yet thoughtful, he looked for the switch… and turned them off. Upstairs, in a large hall, many candidates were waiting. As he stepped in, he noticed the Welcome doormat was upside down. With a slight sigh, he fixed it. Old habits die hard... He saw the front seats were full while the ones in the back were empty. Several fans were blowing over empty chairs. Once again, his dad’s voice echoed in his mind: “Why are the fans on where no one is sitting?” He turned off the unnecessary fans and sat in the back. Candidate after candidate entered and left through another door—nobody knew what was being asked. Finally, it was his turn. He walked in nervously. The interviewer took his papers but didn’t even look at them. He asked: “When can you start?” He froze. “Wait… Is this a trick question? Or… is he really offering me the job?” The interviewer noticed his hesitation and said: “Wondering why we’re not asking questions? Because we don’t believe questions reveal a person’s true nature. We believe in observing people’s actions.” “We tested everyone through surveillance cameras. Only one person closed the door, fixed the hose, turned off the lights, straightened the doormat, and shut off the fans.” “That person… was you. That’s why you’re hired.” In that moment, he realized that everything his father had taught him made sense. All the discipline he once resented… was what helped him get his first job. The irritation vanished. He smiled—grateful—and decided: “I’m bringing Dad with me. We’ll live together.” --- Everything our parents tell us is for our good. They want to shape a brighter future for us. A rock doesn’t become a sculpture without enduring the sculptor’s chisel. To become people of value, we must accept guidance, corrections, and love— Which is exactly what our parents give us. A mother lifts a child to feed, comfort, and love. A father lifts the child onto his shoulders… So they can see the world he never could. We easily feel a mother’s pain, But a father’s pain is often invisible—only noticed when others reveal it. At 5, our father is our teacher At 20, he might feel like a villain But for life… he is our guide. Mothers may grow old and live with their children… But many fathers don’t know how to ask for that. Don’t wait until it’s too late to show love. Care for them while they’re here. Hug them. Appreciate them. Always. They are our greatest gifts. Parents are real-life superheroes. Never forget.

The Hilarious Side of ENGLISH

America versus Australia My late husband grew up in Tennessee, USA, while I was raised in New South Wales, Australia. I had always assumed that, since we both spoke English, we used the same words in the same way. But it didn’t take long for me to realize just how wrong I was. 1.Early in our marriage, he took me to a hardware store and told the man behind the counter that he had a long list of honeydos to tackle. I stood there, puzzled, thinking he meant honeydews—the sweet, pale-green fruit similar to a rock melon. As I wondered where all these melons were, it suddenly clicked. He wasn’t talking about fruit at all! He was referring to a honey-do list—a collection of household tasks his "honey" (me!) wanted him to do. It was my first real introduction to the charming, and sometimes bewildering, differences between Australian and Southern American English. 2. Next my husband took me to visit a dear friend of his in Kentucky, a man he fondly called "Old Buddy." With a proud grin and a thick Southern drawl, his friend announced, "I got me a whale in the back!" A whale? I blinked, trying to process what I'd just heard. How on earth could he have a whale in his backyard? My mind conjured up images of an enormous swimming pool—though I couldn't imagine how he'd managed to fit a whale in there, let alone why he would want one. As he continued speaking, his enthusiasm growing, the truth finally dawned on me. He wasn’t talking about a whale at all—he was saying he had a well out back, and he was immensely proud of it. I let out a laugh, shaking my head at my own misunderstanding. It was yet another lesson in the unexpected quirks of Southern American English! 3. When I brought my husband back to Australia for a visit, we settled near the ocean. While shopping for groceries one day, I casually mentioned that there was no way I was going to the beach without buying a pair of thongs. To my astonishment, he suddenly blurted out, loud enough for half the store to hear, “You ain’t wearing no thong!” I stared at him, completely baffled. What on earth was he going on about? Then, spotting a pair in my size, I plucked them off the shelf, held them up, and declared, “I absolutely am!” He looked at me like I’d lost my mind. “Them thar are flip-flops, not thongs!” he said, shaking his head. That was the moment we both realized just how different Australian and American English could be—and how easily it could lead to some hilarious misunderstandings!

Everything is fine, fine that is until he decides to hire a nursing assistant. Sage Lauren Grace Saunders, is a highly skilled professional who has confused his mind and winds up turning his life upside down by her outrageous beauty, and has him running after her.

The life alternating effect which had affected Javin’s existence when he hired Sage also winds up changing her life as well. While he might enjoy having an arrogant and wealthy following, Javin’s real passion is to help those who’ll never be able to afford his skilled hands; which he why he invites Sage to join him for his on his next mission into the Australian outback to a clinic situated there.

Ms. Lindsey could have easily given her readers a hot, steamy reading experience, but instead has given them one which is a sweet, clean romantic one. She embellishes the reading experience with a sprinkling of Javin’s desire to share and educate Sage with some Christian beliefs. U.S. Marine Vietnam Sacrifice is a memoir by Raymond Isaac Lindsey, a Vietnam veteran, of his experiences after the war, written by his wife, Crystal Mary Lindsey. 

At nineteen, Raymond (Ray) fought in the Vietnam War against children recruited by the Viet Cong. The experience left him with physical and mental injuries. 

His therapy and treatment in Japan caused more harm, and when he returned home, he experienced symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 

Despite having a loving family and friends, Ray felt like he was in another world most of the time, which affected his relationships. 

He could not sleep because of his narcolepsy, and when he finally closed his eyes, he had nightmares. Ray eventually met Crystal, an Australian nurse whose father had experienced PTSD. The two fell in love, and she brought light into his dark life and helped him confront his demons.

A very gripping true story. One never really knows the price that is paid for our freedom. 

Each man or woman who chooses to bravely defend our country and encounter 

war truly gives up their life to do so. They will never be the same again.

Ray’s story is a tell-all of an American Marine who sacrificed everything to 

serve his country. This book is a page-flipper as it draws you into each scene. 

A roller coaster of emotions will swirl through your heart, mind, and soul as you 

read through the journey of his life. Ray’s wife, the author and writer of this book, 

can only be seen as courageous to write such a story honoring the man, the soldier, 

and the love of her life.

This book not only tells the saga of an unsung hero but it also taught me a lot 

about PTSD and other medical conditions. Personally, it’s a must-read with an 

ending that leaves you in shock!

This book is truly an inspiration for children. 

The author, a renowned psychologist, has a deep understanding of how to communicate effectively with young minds, gently diffusing situations using perfect words. 

The simplicity of the book makes it easy for children to read independently or enjoy being read to. It beautifully teaches the importance of sharing and the value it brings. 

I also noticed the tagline 'Children Wellbeing Books' at the bottom of the cover, which gives me hope that this is just the beginning of many more valuable titles to come!
