Loving WHEN You FEEL LIKE SCREAMING

Loving when you feel like SCREAMING!

Smiling When You Feel Crying.

No-one experiences life exactly how they want it to be all of the time.
We have to live with Stress, Failure, Pain, Hurts, Insecurity, Trauma, Danger, Loss, ..........

NO-ONE IS EXEMPT. NO! NOT ONE PERSON.

In Wisdom and Truth God's Word gives life meaning.
We are told to - LIVE IN THE SPIRIT AND NOT IN THE FLESH.

It's NOT about Others caring for us, Loving us, Helping us, Giving to us.
It's about US and how we respond to all that happens around us and to us.

There are people who give up.
AND
There are those who keep going.

When the SPIRIT of GOD lives inside of you, it shows through your actions, your words
and through how others see you.

DISCIPLINE
Teaches us how to act.  When disciplined, we don't feel sorry for our actions later.
We think before we act.

DO WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH NONSENSE, IMMATURITY, SELFISHNESS, GOSSIP, PEOPLE WHO DRAIN OUT OUR ENERGY?

NO!

Avoid people like this

"Understand that the last days will be dangerous times.  People will be selfish and love money. They will be the kind of people who brag and who are proud. They will slander others, and they will be disobedient to their parents. They will be ungrateful, unholy,  unloving, contrary, and critical. They will be without self-control and brutal, and they won’t love what is good.  They will be people who are disloyal, reckless, and conceited. They will love pleasure instead of loving God. They will look like they are religious but deny God’s power. Avoid people like this." 2 Timothy 3:1-5

                                                        STEPPING BACK

Love is a SACRIFICE        AS JESUS GAVE HIS LIFE FOR US

REMEMBER

None of us are PERFECT

HOWEVER

WE ARE SAVED.

                                        GLORY TO GOD

WAIT

How do you feel if you have to wait?
Can you???
I often have to wait on my husband Ray.
He will leave me sitting in the car saying, "I'll be back in a minute."
After half an hour he returns.

Does he ever wait for me?? No!!
He takes off and I end up waiting for him again.

We get tired waiting for Someone.
We get tired waiting for Something.
We HATE to WAIT!!

Yet God gives many wonderful promises and rewards about waiting.

Isaiah 40:31

But those who wait on the LORD

Shall renew their strength;

They shall mount up with wings like eagles,

They shall run and not be weary,

They shall walk and not faint.

                                                                                 Rainbow Lorakeet.

Psalm 27:14

Wait on the LORD,

Be of good courage,

And He shall strengthen your heart;

Wait, I say, on the LORD!

Wait, Rest, be Patient.... its rewarding!

Koala,     Emu,    Kangaroos.
Nature knows how to wait better than we do.

Psalm 25:5

Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:

for thou art the God of my salvation;

on thee do I wait all the day.

In learning to wait, we also learn Trust and Faith.

Our 'Mary Valley' sister church looks out over the hills.

We Wait for the return of Our Savour.
In that Wait, we need to renew our strength
Not grow weiry, but keeping our hope and faith in Him.
