Happy Australia Day 26th January.
Spain first discovered Australia and called it...
The Great South Land of The Holy Spirit.
A Song goes like this:
This is our nation, this is our land
This is our future, this is our hope.
A land of reaping, a land of harvest
This is our land, this is our home.
This is the Great South-land Of the Holy Spirit.
A land of red dust plains.
And summer rains.
To this sunburnt land we will see a flood
And to this Great South-land His Spirit comes.
Hope you are feeling better today. sandie♥

ReplyDeleteA beautiful video, and no, it is not our National Anthem.
ReplyDeleteI was at a meeting and saw a banner about "La Australia del Espiritu Santo" and bought a book that was available there about it.
Blessings,
Jan
