If this were to happen to me, I am sure I would also feel fearful.
The night was calm, and the stars shone.
Then suddenly, an angel appeared..
No light was needed, for Gods Glory shone.
Then perhaps hundreds of thousands of angels appeared...
Wouldn't your heart pound in fear?
Doesn't this make you think?
Angels are around us all the time.
Yet can only be seen, at certain times.
Jesus was not born on the 25th December. Many of you know this.
It was actually a pagan date as the birthday of the Sun God.
I won't get into when I think he may have been born.
The wondrous fact is, God came down to earth as a human child.
He grew up knowing the realities of this world from a human prospective.
No silver spoon in his mouth.
Life was tough.
He understands us, because He cared enough, to be one of us.

I can imagine the Angels of God coming to the world with our Almighty Heavenly Father leading them in our final days...
I picture in my mind the coming of the Lord really soon. We would all need a change for a better world after all. I could see His Angels as the Army of God. We should be a BROTHERHOOD OF CHRISTIANS IN ACTION AS THE ARMY OF GOD OF MIGHTY WARRIORS. There are Guardian Angels too.

Yes it is true, there are angels all around us. And if I had been one of the shepherds I would have been afraid too. Not just a little, but very much afraid! But how glorious a scene, the picture you posted from Good Salt is a powerful one.

ReplyDeleteI am so into these stories and tales. If you like religious activities, you should go to this place in Argentina called "Tierra Santa". I went when I was there staying in several apartments in Buenos Aires. It recreates the world of Jesus and how it was everything at his times!
