The reason I emphasis that I love dogs, OR, children, as I call them at home, is because we have three.
Monty is twelve years old, with Mille and Marley both aged three.
What unique characters they possess.
I haven't been well for a while, and they come inside to sit close by and watch me.
When they get the chance they enjoy to chase away the wild cockies that choose to feed in our backyard.
This baby Corella hasn't grown all of his wings - yet he can still fly. He walked right up to my daughter as she took this pic.
Stories and animals included.
Cherished Encounter - Jedda the dog.
Discovering Treasure - Paris the dog, plus cats and kittens.
Forbidden Fruit Temptation - A horse known as Autumn and her foal Cheree.
Consuming Fire - Loopy and Mindy both dogs.
Since I write involving the Australian Outback, I must include, Kangaroos, Emu's and Camels, plus the parrot variety.
Can't forget the bush clock and weather warner - The Kookaburra.
You are smart to bring in dogs and other beloved critters in to your writing so you are writing your passion.
ReplyDeleteWell I love my pets they are special. xxx
DeleteIt always amazes me when I meet someone who doesn't like dogs. We had a dog bite a customer once (just barely), but had I been a dog, I would have bit him, too! - lol
ReplyDeleteYes, dogs are good judges.
