Australian school phone answering machine message
Hi, I shared this with you a few weeks ago, but something went wrong, and the message failed.
I hope you all get to hear it this time.
What a crack-up.....
This High School is here on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
I don't know if it was real, it may have been? And good on them if it was.
Australians don't beat around the bush, they say it for what it is.
Hope you have a good laugh.
Widow of Raymond Isaac Lindsey..... And an author since 2012 and retired Specialist Registered Nurse. I reside in sub-tropical Queensland, Australia, with my two little dogs.
Late in 2008 I began to explore and enjoy the realm of creative writing. This is something which has always been an interest yet until now,I haven't found time to indulge.
God is the cornerstone of my home and heart. He is my life and my breath, for without Him I am nothing. My desire is to edify His existence in my daily walk through life. To inspire and encourage the broken hearted. And to assist in the knowledge that EVERYTHING has a reason and a purpose under the Heavens.
We are reminded through our faith in Jesus that He will, "Turn our Mourning into Dancing and our Sorrow into Joy." Psalms 30:11. Having personally experienced tough times I know, there is truly no gain without pain.

That is GOOD! I assume if you really DO have some sort of problem, that you have to get off your bum and actually VISIT the school.

ReplyDeleteIsn't that the TRUTH? sandie
ReplyDeleteMy vote would be a "YES" to that message.
ReplyDeleteHahaha, it's indeed a humorous phone recording with a lesson. Funny or not to others, it will make the parents think twice before complaining about their children's performance at school. If only we have that recording system in our school, it will surely be flooded by a lot of calls.
