Amazing Book Review

Showing a Customer Review

on September 5, 2017
I read this book via a KINDLE Unlimited download.

What happens when you take a captivating, handsome, Plastic Surgeon who insists in keeping his professional and personal lives totally separate. Dr. Javin St.Clair is constantly being pursued from both sides; by clients wanting his skilled hands to rid them of their deformities on one side, and woman just wanting to claim his body and make him their own.

Everything is fine, fine that is until he decides to hire a nursing assistant. Sage Lauren Grace Saunders, is a highly skilled professional who has confused his mind and winds up turning his life upside down by her outrageous beauty, and has him running after her.

The life alternating effect which had affected Javin’s existence when he hired Sage also winds up changing her life as well. While he might enjoy having an arrogant and wealthy following, Javin’s real passion is to help those who’ll never be able to afford his skilled hands; which he why he invites Sage to join him for his on his next mission into the Australian outback to a clinic situated there.

Ms. Lindsey could have easily given her readers a hot, steamy reading experience, but instead has given them one which is a sweet, clean romantic one. She embellishes the reading experience with a sprinkling of Javin’s desire to share and educate Sage with some Christian beliefs. So, in the end, with all things considered, I happy to give Ms. Lindsey 5 STARS for her efforts here.

WHERE DOES THE OUTBACKOZZIEWRITER LIVE ???

I often wonder about people, where they live and what they do.
So for anyone curious about me, here is some information.

My home is in the sub-tropics of Queensland, Australia, surrounded by pineapple, mango, avocado and sugar cane plantations.
Plant life thrives, as you can see by my front garden.

Our home is known as a Queenslander. These houses are built especially for the extreme hot weather conditions. Elevated up on concrete stilts with a timber slated fence all around the bottom area, it allows air to circulate for cooling. The total underneath area is the same size as the house and used as a garage and workshop by my husband Ray.

As an animal lover I usually add them to my stories. We have three little ones who we treasure.
The three mut-keteers as we call them, Monty, Mille, and Marley enjoy the company of each other and their doggie life.

Monty can barely be seen on the far right.

We have a variety of wild animals and birds in close proximity.

Corella's

Rainbow Lorakeet.

And many more parrot varieties.

A Kangaroo visiting the local school.

I do not live in the Outback, but I write about it because my husband and I toured there extensively and I developed a deep love for its unique terrain. We live close enough to the be able to visit often.

Herds of wild camels, kangaroos, emu's and goats roam.

Ray and I watching out for the magpie swooper's.
The pole sign behind us gives a warning.

My past is that of an R.N. working in a very busy E.R.

Read my books - enjoy -  and leave a review of what you think.

TIME Travel Christian Romance

My new book was released on Amazon Kindle today 26 November 2016.

Storyline:

A deceased mother challenges a brilliant nurse from beyond the grave to uncover a century-old family mystery. She eventually triumphs over tragedy at immense personal cost.

On receiving a mysterious packet from BEYOND the grave, Enya Raffetty embarks on a mission to learn more about her family’s origins.

She travels to the mystifying OutBack town of Brolga where her great grandfather began the family heritage.

Settling in at the old family homestead, she discovers a photo album from far back in time which entices her to visit their isolated graveyard.

Without any care of an approaching thunderstorm, Enya walks up onto the hill behind the house. Standing in the rain, she gets hit by a bolt of lightning.

That evening in 1899, she is found unconscious by Lockland Dawson, a handsome Jackaroo landowner, who is fascinated by her.

A nurse is hired to tend for the injured stranger at Lock’s Kooyong Homestead property.
Slowly regaining her memory, Enya realizes she is from a time in the future yet having fallen in love with the magnetic Lock and developing friendships in the district; she hopes to remain.

Eventually, Enya needs to confess her knowledge to Lock and her nurse Linda. Although this is confusing to them, it sums up her differences.

Lock has fallen in love with Enya and is troubled she will disappear in the same manner she mysteriously arrived. However Enya convinces him, there are no certainties in life and every day must be enjoyed with a trust and faith in God.

As a nurse with a Ph.D., she is more advanced in her medical understanding than the local doctor and takes on delivering a difficult birth, making her a valued commodity in the neighborhood.

This book holds, suspense, drama, happiness, sorrow, faith, and love, down through the ages.

Galatians 4:4-5 “But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.”

I am not trying to presume that God will allow us to travel through time.

With God there is no time. When we arrive in Paradise, there will be no time.

As with any fictional story, it is the imagination of the author.
So, this story of Time Travel is no different.

The one greatest truth is only, - God's Love for us. It Never Fails.

Digging for Opals and going bush.

How people desire to dig for precious stones, I can't imagine.
I have never been one to like a lot of jewely.
I wear a wedding ring and earings, and thats mostly all.
Going through this opal town, shows how earnest people can be to try and make a fortune.
We passed through miles and miles of lumps of dirt piled high, in search of precious stones.
Better watch your step.

Many of the inhabitants of this area live underground because of the summer heat and the night time winter cold.
  Bedroom...

And the church is underground also.

Humans are all different. I would not be happy living under the ground.
But is was very interesting to see.

We did stay at a huge Outback Cattle Station, that is the Australian name for a ranch.
Look at the size of this place. One Million, twenty eight thousand, nine hundred and sixty acres...
 The Toilet Block.
The eating area. No a-la-cart here...just plain old bush tucker.
Ray and Gus outside the sleeping quarters.. And an exorbitant $175. a night in the middle of no where, you need a place to stay.

Friends

I have always said, Friends are like Flowers, they are a sweet perfume in our life...
My friend Starry Dawn has Blogged a poem about this.
I don't know how to link up, accept to put her address on here.
http://journeysandjournalsfromourgalaxy.blogspot.com/

One of my Ozzie friends is moving away to the Outback...
Far away to a mining town in remote north Queensland.
So this morning we got together with her, for the last time.

Our destination was a place back through time.
Gunabul Homestead was built in 1855 by a local lawyer.

Parking the car, you walk through shady century old tree's..

The ladies opted to sit outdoors on the open veranda and enjoy the tranquility.

The ceilings must be 20ft high, which helps with the tropical heat.

We were welcomed by our Hostess, Nola.

Looking around inside is a photo of the Homestead in its heyday.
Together with the first owners, Francis and Elizabeth Power.
I am sure they'd never imagine their home would become a treasured meeting place in the future.

Friendship as part of the Body of Christ has drawn us together from different denominations.

We had a wonderful time sharing and laughing together.
Our photos will keep the time alive forever.
Sharon and I.

Proverbs 27:9
"Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart,
and the pleasantness of a friend
                              springs from their heartfelt advice."

Sharon, I love you!
As the older woman of our little band, I give you the Hebrew blessing.

"May The Lord bless you and keep you.

May the Lord make his face to shine upon you,
and be gracious unto you.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you,
and give you peace.  Always. Amen." xxxx

God Bless all friends.

The sunburned country that Sharon will make her home.
