Of One Accord Ministry, NBC News Bowlin Project

The man who is responsible for One Accord Ministry is Sheldon Livesay.
I first met Sheldon and his wife Linda in 2005.
Following our meeting I commenced Counselling people through Sheldon's ministry. This was connected to the Shepperd Center in Rogersville, Tennessee.
God has a reason for everything. When I commenced working out in the vast community as a registered nurse I was able to connect those in need back to his ministry for help. So many people received blessings by way of food, clothing and as you will see in this video, care.
In 2009 $2,644,260 worth of goods and services was provided to 80,615 people.
Christmas is coming and Sheldon and his team will make sure every child in Hawkins county receives a gift.
May God Bless this faithful servant...

Frazer Island....Giving Thanks

Re Posted especially for Starry, and all my Blogger friends.
As I have written to her.
It is approximately 50 miles from where I live.

"He set the earth on its foundations;
it can never be moved.
You (God) covered it with the watery depths as with a garment;
the waters stood above the mountains.
But at your rebuke the waters fled,
at the sound of your thunder they took to flight;
they flowed over the mountains,
they went down into the valleys,
to the place you assigned for them.
You set a boundary they cannot cross;
never again will they cover the earth.
Psalm 104:5-9

A day out on Frazer Island.

Crossing the sand at Rainbow Beach to the Barge.

Carries approximately 15 vehicles.
Hubby Ray

Off the Barge and onto Frazer.

75 miles of beach sea, sun and sand to explore.

Ahhh the serenity.

Give way to aircraft landing.

Ship wreck of the S.S. Maheno 1935.
The S.S. Maheno was an Edwardian liner on the Tasman Sea crossing between New Zealand and Australia, and was used as a hospital ship by the New Zealand division of the Royal Navy during World War 1.
                              Postcard of how it was.

Drive down the sandy bush tracks and hope no one comes from the opposite direction. Listen to the birds. Look at the many fresh water lakes.   Love those ghost gums.

Spot a Dingo (Australian wild dog).
He was so pretty.

Stop at the tropical shops for refreshments.

It's nice to go out for the day, but always nice to get home again.

AMAZING "FIREPROOF" TESTIMONY

Eve would like to share her testimony of what the movie FIREPROOF did for her and her marriage.
Eve, (Not Crystal,) writes this.....................................................................
When you least expect it, miracles happen.

Friday night (22 Jan 2010) was just another regular Friday night. Nothing spectacular planned or anticipated. Months ago, a friend gave me a DVD called Fireproof. I've not really had any inclination to watch it, and while having nothing to do on Friday evening, everyone else fast asleep, nothing worth watching on TV, I decided to pop it into the machine. The first 30 minutes didn't really draw me in, but I stuck it out as I really had nothing better to do. Well. By the end of the movie I was sobbing like I haven't sobbed in years. The tears were literally streaming down my face, my body was shaking uncontrollably and my heart was filled with so much sadness that I honestly thought that I could die from the unbearable heartache.

I went outside, and with my eyes filled with tears, I turned my head to the heavens and asked God to heal me, to make me whole, to take my life and make it His. I asked Jesus to come into my heart and give me life. I honestly don't know how long I was sitting outside, it could have been minutes or hours, the duration is irrelevant, what I experienced was true GLORY.

It was as if I could feel the pain Jesus felt while he was hanging on the Cross, as if I shared the loneliness when His Father deserted Him so that he could bear the burden of all my sins. The pain was unreal, it was out of this world, it was something that my words will never be able to express. And then, it became warmer in my heart and soul than it had ever been. My entire being was filled with peace, love, happiness, forgiveness and above all, God's supernatural love.

I fell to my knees and worshipped God like I have never worshipped Him before.

I cannot explain what happened, or how, or why it happened. All I can do is to thank God that I now know that I will NEVER feel that type of loneliness or hurt ever again. All the glory to God!

I have realised now, that our war is not with each other, it is not here on earth, it is in the spiritual realm, and God is calling each one of us to fight for our right to the eternal life. God is saddened by the mediocrity that has become "religion" and "Christianity". God wants each one of us to experience His unconditional love - but, for that, we have to stop living for ourselves, and start living for Him.

When I testified in church this morning, I saw people's eyes filling with tears, I could see the hunger they have for that amazing love from our Heavenly Father and I prayed that each one of them could feel what I have been feeling since Friday night.

Thank you Heavenly Father for granting me the privilege of being your child. Thank you Lord Jesus for living in my heart. Thank you Holy Spirit for guiding me and teaching me.

I am now, more than ever, a willing student of God.

Sneak Peek: 'Fireproof''

The story is great, it says it all.
Men and women are different. We don't always understand the other.
Because of this, hurt can grown into a wound of discouragement.
In this movie:
Men learn how NOT, to treat a woman.
Women learn there may be more than meets the eye.
In wisdom, we all need to keep learning.
My husband and I learnt much from watching this together.
I have now given it to my son.
I pray all who earnestly seek a lasting relationship, watch!
It's worth your while...it will surprise you.
God bless your ears to hear, you eyes to see,
and your Heart to learn.

Shining * STARS *

You are all shining STARS glowing and twinkling out love.
I take nothing in life for granted and am praising God for all of you.
Know you are special, unique and beloved of the Lord.
It's not what happens to us in life, but how we react in times of adversity.

My Miracle:

*For my son Lee-Joel, that he and  his beautiful wife and son re-unite.
Grandson Izaiah and Lee-Joel (works in construction).

1 Corinthians 13:7-8
"LOVE bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never fails."

*For my son Peter, to gain a beautiful Christian wife.

Peter
(Coach driver to the mines, far north Queensland.)

Proverbs 18:22
"He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the LORD."

Both son's know the Lord. Both are believers in the Word.

Be Unto Your Name - Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty

Faith as a Mustard Seed

He replied, "Because you have so little faith.
I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move.
Nothing will be impossible for you."
Matthew 17:20

We are all given a measure of Faith.

I believe that measure is the same for all,
because we are not told that it isn’t.

Some use their whole measure to believe, while others don’t.
I imagine the Bible hero’s of old, used a whole measure also.

Can you imagine Noah using half his measure?
He never would have built the ark!
It took many years and had never rained.

Or Ruth choosing to return with Naomi back to her home land.
Both poor widow's, both with nothing.
Yet both possessing a faith.

What a joke these people must have looked.

I choose Faith any time. I use my full measure.
And I believe God reads the child-like belief of my heart.
It matters to me what God thinks, and that’s all!

Today I am believing for a miracle in my family.
I have already thanked God for that miracle.
Nothing, is impossible with Him.
He is my God and thats the end of the story.

"For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you,
not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think;
but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith."    Romans 12:3

Bible Giants Evidence

Fallen angels came to earth  and had sexual relations with women.
From their union, the children became Giants.
Ancient Canaan......

Canaan today is known as Israel, Lebanon and parts of Jordan.

The Bible tells us.

 Genesis 6:1-6 The Bible.

"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them.
That the sons of God (fallen angels) saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God (fallen angels) came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

Numbers 13:33 The Bible.

"And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak,
which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers,
and so we were in their sight."

Some churches don't believe certain parts of the Bible.

TRUTH is FOUND!!!

Look at the size of these bones. Some were up to 15 feet tall.
SEEING IS BELIEVING. (I have always believed)

Only the Bible is Truth.

Give Thanks to God

1 John 2:27 (New International Version)

"As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you,
and you do not need anyone to teach you.
But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—
just as it has taught you, remain in him (God)."

Wow, what a message! and completely from God's Word.
This doesn't mean don't go to church.
But rather I believe it means....
Let God be your teacher as you read his Word for yourself.
Don't take as gospel everything you hear.

Many of us who profess to be Christian (a Christ Follower), are too lazy to read for ourselves.
Instead we sit in church week after week and listen like robots.
We believe what we hear without looking at the evidence out of a seeking to know Him more heart.
What kind of love is that?
Lets give thanks, for all God has done for us..
Lets draw closer to Him, by reading His Word.

As a child I attended a small town Sunday School...
One of the songs I learnt was:
Wide wide is the ocean,
High as the Heavens above,
Deep deep as the deepest sea,
Is my Saviours Love.....
We did actions to demonstrate and understand that HUGE love.

Gods love for us is bigger than all the oceans!
How BIG is that...................

Mary Hawkins Australian Inspirational Author

Please meet Mary Hawkins, a sweet lady, author, wife of a retired minister, mother and Follower of Jesus.

Last weekend I had the privilege to meet Mary at a Faith writers workshop in Brisbane.
Such a natural friendly radiating Christian, her light shines.

Mary a retired registered nurse has been writing inspirational romance for the past twenty years. Understanding the difficulties entailed in how to write and sell your book, Mary is all too keen to encourage new inspiring authors (like myself).
She shared an accumulation of knowledge and experience, for which I for one, truly appreciated.

She signed her latest book "Return to Baragula" personally for me.
For anyone who may be interested in reading more on the Australian outback and way of life, this book is available from Amazon.com.
The story is about love, forgiveness and God's Amazing grace.

So come visit the outback in story.

Walk down a road of love and life.

The power of Gods Love

We can never underestimate the power of Gods love and protection.
How many times do you want to go somewhere only to have your plans cancelled at the last moment?
How often do you feel sad about missing out on an occasion not realising there may be a very good reason for it?

Next time you miss out, praise God. You are in His care and His love surrounds and protects.

I have seen into the supernatural realm on occasion.
I am very aware that life is not always as we see it in the natural.

"If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,”

and you make the Most High your dwelling,
no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways." Psalm 91: 9-11

Camel's through Time

Camels were first bought to Australia in the 1840's.
Then in 1866 Thomas Elder established the first camel stud in Beltana, South Australia, with camels mainly from Karachi, India.
Later the large two-humped Bactrian camels and the one-humped Dromedary, powerful camels from India followed with the riding camels of Arabia.
Today the feral camels found in outback Australia,
are a mix of all these breeds. They are strong animals of good quality.
Australia is now the only country in the world with feral dromedary camels.
In fact the only feral camel herds in the world are located here.
They number in the hundreds of thousands.

Last week our town celebrated a camel race and we decided to go and watch.
Camels do not follow rules. Some ran fast, some walked and some refused to move.
They all displayed their own personal temperament, without any bad manners of biting or spitting.

The Season of Christmas
We read about the birth of Christ in God's Word and of the wise men visiting from afar.
We are not told how many wise men came, only that they brought three gifts with them.
However, we can assume they made the journey on the most reliable mode of transport, the faithful camel.

 Matthew 2:7-11
"Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared.  And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the young Child, and when you have found Him, bring back word to me, that I may come and worship Him also.”
When they heard the king, they departed; and behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh."

Note: here we are also told, they found Jesus, in the house.  So perhaps they actually found him older than....a babe in a stable.

God gave us many ways to travel.

Hope it helps. God Bless you as you partition for your loved ones.

In Jesus name, Amen.” (Psalms 119:15, Romans 12:2, 2 Corinthians 10:5)

Ears: “Father, let ………….. hear your voice clearly and with certainty. Protect him/her from listening to anything that may be offending to you. Amen” (Isaiah 30:21, 1 Kings 3:9, 1 John 4:1)

Mouth: “Heavenly Father please help …………to always speak the truth in love. Help him/her to be quick to listen and slow to speak. I also pray Lord for him/her to grow in the ability and desire to communicate with you. In Jesus name Amen.”

(Psalms 78:72, 119:19-11, Proverbs 4:23, 1 Thessalonians 3:13)

Hands: “Lord, I pray that everything ………………does would be done with his?her whole heart and soul. That he/she seek to serve and please you rather than man. Water Miracle

I watched a DVD on Dr Batmanghelidj explaining his scientific studies into the roll of water and healing in the human body. As a nurse, I have to say, what he presented as evidence is logical. So from someone who has suffered from allergies for many years, this is an easy remedy, and one I am going to pursue. It is natural and safe, so what could be better???  In the past I have advocated the importance of Oxygen, Water and Magnesium...I stand by that.            Read for yourself and make your own decision.

About This Doctor:
Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D., is an internationally renowned researcher, author and advocate of the natural healing power of water, was born in Iran in 1931. He attended Fettes College in Scotland and was a graduate of St. Mary’s Hospital of London University, where he studied under Sir Alexander Fleming, who shared the Nobel Prize for the discovery of penicillin.

Discovering healing in water.                                                                         When the Iranian Revolution broke out in 1979, Dr. B. was placed in the infamous Evin Prison as a political prisoner for over two years. It was here he discovered the healing powers of water. One night, Dr. B. had to treat a fellow prisoner with crippling peptic ulcer pain. With no medications at his disposal, Dr. B. gave him two glasses of water. Within eight minutes, his pain disappeared. He was instructed to drink two glasses of water every three hours and became absolutely pain free for his four remaining months in the prison. Dr. B. successfully treated 3,000 fellow prisoners suffering from stress-induced peptic ulcer disease with water alone. While in prison he conducted extensive research into the medicinal effects of water in preventing and relieving many painful degenerative diseases. The report of his findings was published as the editorial of the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology in June 1983. The New York Times Science Watch reported this discovery on June 21, 1983.

On his release from prison in 1982, Dr. B. escaped from Iran and went to America. At the Foundation for the Simple in Medicine he began to research the effect of chronic unintentional dehydration on the human body. His findings were published in the Foundation’s “Journal of Science in Medicine Simplified” in 1991 and 1992.

Dr. B wrote his first self-help book “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water” in 1992, in which he stated that a dry mouth is not a reliable indicator of dehydration. The body signals its water shortage by producing pain. Dehydration actually produces pain and many degenerative diseases, including asthma, arthritis, hypertension, angina, adult-onset diabetes, lupus and multiple sclerosis. Watching his lecture where he explains medically how this happens is truly amazing. As an ex emergency room nurse I remember watching a patients blood pressure fall dangerously on a monitor as I rushed to insert a cannula and administer fluids. As the fluids took effect the blood pressure stabilised..
A Very Informative Read..
