I Believe in MIRACLES

Your Heart is approximately the same size as your closed fist.

Bundle Branch Block - with gaps where the heart stops for a short time.

A few years ago I suffered from a heart complaint known as (L) Bundle Branch Block. I had experienced two cardiac arrests while living in America and this was likely the end result.

The heart contains two bundle branches, a left, and a right. There is an electrical system which stimulates and fires between these two branches to keep the heart in a healthy rhythm.

Coming back to live in Australia with this condition I was sent to be assessed by Dr. David Cross a cardiologist. He saw me on a regular basis for two years before deciding to investigate it further. My worst symptoms were the episodes of almost fainting. The room would spin with everything turning black for a few seconds.

The night before entering the hospital, I asked Pastor Gary if I could have prayer for healing and oil anointing.

He and the church elders plus my husband Ray were all present on that night. The Bible scriptures on healing were read aloud for understanding. This was one of those scriptures.

James 5:14-15 “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.”

Everyone lay hands on me, with each person taking the time to pray individually. Then I asked the Lord to forgive me for any committed sins either on purpose or unintentionally.

Next Day: I caught a train to Brisbane. Climbing the steep hill from Auchenflower train station to the Main Hospital Entrance I had no problems with shortness of breath which was unusual.

Admitted and before being taken to my room, I was fitted with a telemetry. This is a small type of portable E.C.G. monitor that transfers a heart pattern to a computer screen. These screens with a patient name and room number are situated on display throughout the ward for constant vigil. They raise the alarm, in case of a severe problem.
Looking at a screen as I was about to enter my room, I saw that my heart was NO LONGER in bundle branch block but back in NORMAL sinus rhythm.
The joy of the Lord burst forth as I laughed with recognition, yes the Lord had miraculously healed me.
I said nothing to David as I entered the theatre for him to perform an angiogram on me the next day.
This test is performed under local anesthetic with a catheter (a long thin tube) inserted into the femoral artery (groin), it is pushed up inside until it reaches the heart. A special dye is injected into the coronary arteries and X-rays are taken. Just as I was going under the anesthetic I remember the doctor looking at his screen and joking, “hey Crystal, look at your heart.”

In recovery later and still woozy, David told me I was fine and would go home the next day.
Asking the evening nurse, what time David completed his daily rounds, I was told he was NOT a morning person, and always came after lunch.
So I was amazed when he came busting into my room at 7am the next day. He said to me, “I am astounded, no I am flabbergasted! Your heart is fine! It’s like that of a newborn baby.”
He looked in shock seemingly confused about what he was saying.
I was laughing so he must have thought I was mad.
I told him about the prayer for healing, and he just stared. He knew this was a miracle because he was the one to perform the previous blood tests, ECGs and stress test on me.
God doesn’t always heal, yet he does tell us, “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18.

Hungry Children

One thing which haunts me more then hungry animals, is hungry children.
I knew what it was like to be hungry as a child.
Don't get me wrong, my mother worked hard to feed and cloth us.
Yet she wasn't always there to cook healthy meals.
Going to a two teacher country school, there was no shop close by, in my first few years to buy lunches.
There was no money either, to do so. We took sandwiches from home. These were made from the previous days, bread. It was kept in a bread safe, not the fridge or freezer. We mostly had home made butter and some kind of spread. The sandwich was wrapped in greaseproof paper. This kept it clean, but the outside of the bread hardened as it dried out and wasn't the most palpable to eat. Our drink was water from the outside school taps, cold in winter and warm in summer. We children ate and drank what we had with no complaint, we all, in those days, just accepted that this was the way life was. Very few children who attended our school had it much better.

How different it was for my children, and now my grandchild, and yet sometimes they throw their lunches away. Good healthy food, thrown into the dustbin with no appreciation.
Not all children have it so good. There are many today who's parents spend the household money unwisely leaving the children to suffer hunger. Some Australian children are sent to school without a breakfast and often no lunch. In my opinion, this is evil, and yet, these parents spend on drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and gambling. In other words, on their own pleasures and pursuits, instead of on nourishing food for their offspring.

Whenever I am anywhere, be it MacDonald's or the supermarket, if I see a child or an adult, who looks hungry or poor, I buy them food.  How amazed they always are. High school kids flock into MacDonalds to buy themselves something after school. Often one child will hang back as they don't have the money, these are the ones I approach and say. You look just like my grandson, or granddaughter. Here take this money and buy yourself something.
One child of a family of three children that I treated to chips and chocolate in a supermarket one day looked at me in adoration. "You must be a very kind lady," she said.
I was so taken aback that I failed to tell her, that Jesus loved her. I couldn't speak for the lump in my throat.
But then perhaps I wasn't meant to say a thing?  God works in mysterious ways.
I am not writing this to build myself up, but to demonstrate how aware we need to be, of the less fortunate.
We can't take anything with us when we depart this world. Sharing is the best policy.

"For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,
I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me,
I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.
They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
“He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ Matthew 25:42-45

Schools Take Note.

Thank you so much Child of God...
I thougth we should share it with the world..
So all of you parents and teachers out there take heed....
We are all accountable for our actions.

"Bring up a child the way he is to go, and he will remain with it all of his life. "

NIGERIAN SCAMMERS ... BEWARE!!

These Nigerian Scammers are the most evil individuals, with hearts belonging to satan.
Since being hit by one myself,  I researched to find out more about them!!

I must say here, there are good and bad eggs in every race.
God Bless the good.
Shame, on the bad. God will deal with them!

And, even though they are called Nigerian Scammers, many fool others in believing they are from other countries of the world.
The one who attacked me, got into my Facebook and my email.
He (? a man) even spoke via messenger to one of my friends.
His place of origin, supposedly England.
Thank God, my friend knew I would never email asking anyone for money!!
I would rather wash dishes!!

How do I know he was from Nigeria??
Facebook showed me a map of the world, asking if I was located here....
Pin pointing,  NIGERIA!!

Watch out for E-Bay!!!
This is also a popular target.
If someone is buying off you.
Don't you...send any money for any reason!!!

MEN and WOMAN BEWARE of On-Line dating Scams.
Many of these are also from Nigeria.

 Romance Scammers
Seated waiting for a doctors appointment I read the true story of a woman in Australia who had the following experience.
The scammer, told her, he was from Milwaukee U.S.A.
His photo looked so nice... a regular bloke.
When he finally phoned her, his accent was American, and she believed all he told her.
He was very clever!!
Over time, for one thing or another, she handed over almost $100.000.
She even mortgaging her home.

INCREDIBLE you say?  Well, they are VERY convincing, sweet sounding and lovable.

There is no way anyone so NICE could be evil,....or so you think.

Dating Scammer Sign's To Beware of:
1. They often use stolen credit cards.
Their on-line profile may suddenly disappear when the dating site makes the discovery.
2. Sob stories... Scammers will mention a loved ones death or a sick child/parent, to pull at your heart strings.
3. Scammers will make excuses NOT to use a webcam.
4. They try to con you out of money.
DO NOT SEND!! they usually use wire transfer so it cannot be traced.

5. Check out the International Calling Code for any phone number you are sent!

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves.
Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves."
Matthew 10:16.

If you have had an experience... Please reply in comment!

Water/ Ocean Therapy For Stress.

Wandering down peaceful paths.

What is this??
Well, if you look closely you will sight a tiny hole in about the middle...
The hermit crab is responsible..
It burrows down and begins to work by throwing out these tiny sand balls.
The work is long and tedious, and the end result, is patterns of many different sizes and shapes all over the beach.

Who is the hermit crab? and what does he look like?

He is a tiny sea creature. He is pictured here in his conch.

I have been staying with my son in far north Queensland.
He has been suffering from sleep deprivation and stress.

So I took time out and went to keep him company and take the soothing love of Jesus.
We walked down a sandy pathway and out onto the peace of the ocean.
Just watching the waves flowing in and out.
Hearing the sea gulls, and smelling the sea air,
                                brings a feeling of wellness...
And rightly so..as you are breath in an extra atom of oxygen.

Getting away from the bunker, where life can be isolating.

Fish and chips down at the Marina..... with visiting relatives.

Streets of MacKay and Outback Jacks.

A town situated on the ocean to transport coal out of Australia and around the world.

I don't know how much my presence helped??
Yet I will contiue to pray for his well being..
Picured here he looks well.
Yet isn't always so.
Please pray for him to find that peace.

"Some went out on the sea in ships;
they were merchants on the mighty waters.

They saw the works of the LORD,

his wonderful deeds in the deep.

For he spoke and stirred up a tempest

that lifted high the waves.

They mounted up to the heavens and went down to the depths;

in their peril their courage melted away.

They reeled and staggered like drunkards;

they were at their wits’ end.

Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble,

and he brought them out of their distress.

He stilled the storm to a whisper;

the waves of the sea were hushed.

They were glad when it grew calm,

and he guided them to their desired haven.

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love

and his wonderful deeds for mankind. "
 Psalm 107:23-32

SERVICE AND SACRIFICE

John wrote the last of the four gospels, and was the favoured disciple.
Why was he the favoured??
Well, likely he and his cousin Jesus, played together as children.
Probably, their relationship was very close.

Imagine it, two little boys in different households living close to each other.
Cousins  and best friends.
John's mother Salome was Mary's sister.
Salome was the wife of Zebedee and the mother of James and John.
In all the Bible accounts of the life of Jesus, I have always prefered John's.

He had a knowing of the spirit of God within Jesus...
And His very first statement was....
"In the beginning was the WORD.
And the WORD was with God.
And the WORD was God."
John 1:1

John was the only person to relate how Jesus washed the feet of His disciples.

Why would he do this??

Washing His Disciples' Feet

"Just before the Passover Feast, (my cousin) Jesus knew that the time had come to leave this world and go back to the Father.
Having loved his dear companions, he continued to love them right to the end.
It was suppertime.
The Devil by now had Judas, son of Simon the Iscariot, firmly in his grip, all set for the betrayal.

Jesus knew that the Father had put him in complete charge of everything.
He knew he came from God and was on his way back to God.
So he got up from the supper table, set aside his robe, and put on an apron.
Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the feet of the disciples, drying them with his apron.

When he got to Simon Peter, Peter said, "Master, you wash my feet?"
Jesus answered, "You don't understand now what I'm doing, but it will be clear enough to you later."
John 13

So why did John relate this happening??
I would love to hear your thoughts on this??
Mine is, he was in awe, that his cousin showed such humility!
Most kings sit on a throne and are served.
Jesus, prostrated himself in a lowly position.

Who are we to ever consider ourselves as better than someone else??  The example of Jesus was the opposite.

When someone is in need we are to help them.
When someone is hungry we are to feed them.
Or thirsty, give them something to drink..

Share with others.
Laugh with them.
Cry with them...
And, carry them.
Service and Sacrifice is the story of Easter.
Believe and share in ETERNAL LIFE.

An Easter Parallel

I think this video says it all....

A modern day version of a father who sacrifices his only Son.

'For God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten son."

JUST JESUS..

Apparitions..

Can you believe how Satan will use someone you love, to deceive you?
This was an experience of mine approximately eighteen years ago.

My teenage daughter went out to a rare party with friends.
It was rare as we were strict parents.

"Be sure to be in by midnight,"  I instructed as she left.
I couldn't sleep and as many anxious parents do, my ear's strained, listening for her return.
Footsteps echoed on the tiled hallway floor.
Thank God she was home!
She ran happily to my bed and kissed my cheek, then out of the room.
Breathing a sigh of relief I sank into the mattress and fell into a peaceful sleep.

Hearing a noise in the kitchen a few hours later, I got up to investigate.
Stunned,  I discovered, my daughter had JUST come home.

I can't remember what her late excuse was, I was too befuddled by my earlier experience.

"Are  you sure you didn't come home earlier?" I questioned!

I thought I had experienced my daughters joyous return home?
I thought I had experienced her happy goodnight kiss?

What I did experience was a deception..
And there is only one deceiver....Satan!

"And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light."
2 Corinthians 11:14

"Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'"
Matthew4:10

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."
Ephesians 6:12

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;"
1 Timothy 2:5

If you want to argue....
there can be no BUTS...
There is only Jesus.

To demonstrate our total faith in ONLY Him, we do as instructed.

And Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:38

"TESTIMONY" Lon's Story

As you all know.
We defeat the devil by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of our Testimony.
Revelation 12:11

A comment to me from Lon in return on a mental health story.

Lon writes,

"I just have to share!!!

My wife and I went to a couple of secondhand bookstores in search of this book, for I told her, "I have to find this book!"

The first bookstore we went to, the man who worked there tried to look it up, and said, "I'm sorry, but we don't have it."

So then my wife said to me, "Let's go to the other secondhand bookstore down the block."

Going in, I handed the man who worked there a piece of paper that had the name of this book written on it, and he said, something like, "Just a moment . . . I'll go get it for you."

I have only scratched the surface of this book, for I am only into the fourth chapter, and already my wife and others said they have seen a HUGE difference in me!!!

The other day I was talking to a person on the phone, and they said something like, "You don't even sound like the Lon . . . I used to know!"

Then when I was conversing with another person on the phone, they said, "I have hoped for this for so long . . . I just can't believe the difference in you!"

Once again I thank you so very much for sharing this post about this book!!!
God Bless,

Lon"

Crying over yesterday

Depression.....

Can result from Grief and Loss

And yet often, as depicted in this song and animation, the very thing we dream about, the thing we grieve over, the thing we sorrow for, in reality, is not real!!

Are you stagnant?? Do you mourn over something in your life that is no longer there?

Move on...

"Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."

Psalm 51:10

Happy *PEACE filled New Year

With the torrential non stop rain comes the frogs....
And their continuous song.

The children love them especially these green tree ones.

Happiness is, caring and sharing.
Grandchildren, Shiarn to Izaiah.

This Mr Froggy is displaying the Sign of PEACE..

The world does not have peace, although it's what EVERY person desires.

But knowing Jesus can give peace to the heart in troubled times as we place our faith and trust in Him.

Jesus tells us in His Word:
"Peace I leave with you;
My peace I give you.
I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled
and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

To keep immersed in Gods Word, feeds and water's the parched soul.

There should be no divisions between different Christian faiths.
No Hostility...
There should be Peace!!

"For Christ himself has brought peace to us.
He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when,
In his own body on the cross,
He broke down the wall of hostility that separated us."
Ephesians 2:14

PEACE... what a beautiful word...

Jesus died to unite us in Himself...
And yet He still knew the wicked heart of man..

Jesus Said....
“Brother will betray brother to death,
and a father his child;
children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death.
You will be hated by everyone because of me,
but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved."
Matthew 10:21-22

Peace, keep the Peace!!
Don't argue,.. Pray!
Forgive and Love.

PEACE BE STILL....

Romancing Christmas

Unwrapping the Gift of Christmas, is my grandson Luke.

We have romanced Christmas with our western culture.
We think of it with beautiful Carols, the Nativity Scene and gaily wrapped presents.

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me one who will be
ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old,
                         from ancient times." (Micah 5:2)

It is no accident that the man chosen to be Jesus father on earth, Joseph,  was "of the house and lineage of David"
(Luke 2:4) and that Jesus was born in Bethlehem.

"Joseph went to Bethlehem to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born."
(Luke 2:5-6)

I cannot imagine the young Mary walking all that way from
Nazareth to Bethlehem while heavily pregnant.
It was a three to four day trip, and as a woman I can empathise with her. I understand how she gave birth, after that long and tedious journey. How difficult!
We are not told she rode on a donkey??
We are not told her age?
But this was her first baby, and there were no luxuries.
No doctors or nurses to assist with the birth.
No pretty clothes or crib.
Only drudgery and hardship.

How different for us who worship Him, the King of Glory.
We don't suffer to celebrate our Savours birth.

We eat to bursting.
We relax in the comforts of our homes.
We are entertained by lovely Christmas Carols.
We romance the birth of Christ.

Do we fully understand? Do we fully appreciate???

God's son was born in hardship.

We need to contemplate on these things..

Sign's

I live near a busy main highway were fatalities take lives on a regular basis.
Who will be next? Who can tell? If we knew, people would take better care.
Who wants to end up with injuries, brain damage, in a wheelchair or worse.
No-one knows the day of the hour of their death!!!
Yet many think they can live as they like, with no repercussions.
NOT SO....

Who can safely drink and drive?
Who can speed when no one is looking and ALWAYS get there faster?

Having been an Emergency Room Sister, I know only too well, the disaster of such a mentality.

Recently this was placed in our local newspaper.
A sign depicting what can happen if you don't take care.
Do people take note of these signs?
I hope and pray it makes them think!
Because.
More fatal accidents happen in the holidays, than any other time.
WARNINGS,  WARNINGS
Does anyone heed them?
The next sign is asking parents to watch their children.
Why should there be such signs?
Because whenever anything happens to a child, the parent says,
"I thought they were with so and so."
What!!! Responsibility is that of the parent!
Not someone else.

SIGNS..................

And here is the most important sign of all time.

ONE WAY......There is ONLY one way to Heaven, the place everyone wants to go to at death....
YES, many may be smart and jokingly say they don't care!!!
But death is no joke,  it can't be taken back,  it is final!

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life.
He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;
and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.
Do you believe this?”
John 11:24-25

Jesus asked the question.
"Do you believe this???

I ask it also.....Do you?

Miracle Magnesium

Illness is like a Crocodile, it wants to devour!

You can't kill it, but you can capture and try to control it, with Gods help.

"He sent out his Word (Jesus) and healed them, snatching them from the door of death."
Psalms 107:20. NIV

I felt ill all day on Thursday.
Being a very sensitive person I take on board everyone else's problem..
I pray for them and pain for them.
I have to continually remind myself...
"HEY, you are not God, stop trying to do His business!!!
I am a person who, ..... Loves too Much...
I have also been the Scapegoat for others who feel life and God have dished them a raw deal.

So on Thursday it all caught up...
Plus I forgot to take my usual 25mg Lopressor (Metropolol)B.D.
I believe very much in natural therapy and for years have taken Magnesium.
Yet...this also had been run out of and not replaced...

Everything is for a reason and a purpose and sometimes God wants to get our attention.
How better than to make us STOP!
And stop I did... I couldn't do anything else.
My heart raced, my blood pressure rose, and I felt so very ill.
(SERVER'S ME RIGHT, I should know better)
I suffered resting for a few hours...MAD, but medical people always, assess themselves.
(PLEASE, if this ever happens to you,  get to a hospital)

Finally I remembered the blood pressure medication and took it.
Ah..that made me feel a bit better...but I still wasn't well!
Next day I hit on it!
MAGNESIUM...I needed it.
Not with calcium as we have plenty of that in our water...
Just Magnesium!
Got the tablets and took them... Now I am feeling so much better.

Still need to rest some and drink plenty of water..

Praise God.

Many people don't realise the value of Magnesium (Epsom Salts)
It is God given though minerals.

Magnesium can help those who suffer with Chronic fatigue syndrome, Heart disease, Angina, High blood pressure, Poor circulation, Stress, Depression and anxiety, Poor sleep, Constipation, Muscle cramps, Migraine headaches, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Asthma, Diabetes, Facial and eye twitching, Muscle tightness, and many other health problems.

Faith as a Mustard Seed

He replied, "Because you have so little faith.
I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move.
Nothing will be impossible for you."
Matthew 17:20

We are all given a measure of Faith.

I believe that measure is the same for all,
because we are not told that it isn’t.

Some use their whole measure to believe, while others don’t.
I imagine the Bible hero’s of old, used a whole measure also.

Can you imagine Noah using half his measure?
He never would have built the ark!
It took many years and had never rained.

Or Ruth choosing to return with Naomi back to her home land.
Both poor widow's, both with nothing.
Yet both possessing a faith.

What a joke these people must have looked.

I choose Faith any time. I use my full measure.
And I believe God reads the child-like belief of my heart.
It matters to me what God thinks, and that’s all!

Today I am believing for a miracle in my family.
I have already thanked God for that miracle.
Nothing, is impossible with Him.
He is my God and thats the end of the story.

"For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you,
not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think;
but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith."    Romans 12:3

Bible Giants Evidence

Fallen angels came to earth  and had sexual relations with women.
From their union, the children became Giants.
Ancient Canaan......

Canaan today is known as Israel, Lebanon and parts of Jordan.

The Bible tells us.

 Genesis 6:1-6 The Bible.

"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them.
That the sons of God (fallen angels) saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God (fallen angels) came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

Numbers 13:33 The Bible.

"And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak,
which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers,
and so we were in their sight."

Some churches don't believe certain parts of the Bible.

TRUTH is FOUND!!!

Look at the size of these bones. Some were up to 15 feet tall.
SEEING IS BELIEVING. (I have always believed)

Only the Bible is Truth.
